very thick heavy glass pipe
this is very thick glass water pipe, for more functions, very durable and high quality.
The product worked very well at first. I like the stable base. However, the oil burner attachment does not seem to be made of the same sturdy glass as the base. I lightly tapped it while taking the pipe from a shelf, and the attachment broke and fell off.
Super quality glass. Thick and sturdy. Months later it’s still ripping. Still have original bowl but gonna order another just to have a backup lol. Can’t imagine smoking out of anything else anymore.
I have bought this no less than 5 times. Everytime I do, someone will come over, and end up buying it from me and taking it home. The hits are clean and mellow, the design is sturdy and heavy. Cleaning is easy. You really can't ask for more. The easy of use and everything related makes it one of the biggest no brainers you can have. Not to mention? You can probably resell it to your friends for double what you paid. That's what I have been doing unintentionally. Haha.
Love everything about this ! Unfortunately after plenty use glass the thick glass cracked , am I able to order a replacement attachment?

**What if an item arrives broken?
Do not throw it away! We cannot send a replacement without photo proof.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item all together, as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost
Do not use it. Once it's used, we cannot determine if it was DOA or if it was damaged from being dropped.
